Brenda brings to her clients a regional perspective and significant insights into cultural dimensions that determine the appointment of senior level executives in business acceleration and turnaround. Brenda's most recent engagements have been focused on supporting portfolio companies with Go-To-Market strategies, entering new markets and geographies, and upgrading existing leadership teams in leading organizations as they prepare for an exit.

Brenda Tang is our Managing Partner leading the Executive Search and Specialist Consulting business for the Greater China and Asia Pacific region. She works with an extensive C-suite and global network supporting business owners and leaders. Specialist in board advisory, NED/iNED and executive-level appointments with demonstrable work with companies ranging from start-ups, pre-IPO companies to high growth, Fortune 100 corporations primarily across Consumer, Capital Management and New Economy industries.

Brenda graduated in Business Management and Executive Leadership from Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford, SHMS and University of Derby. Outside of her executive consulting career, Brenda is an entrepreneur and advisor to multi-portfolio businesses. A keen archery player, ex-libris collector and art-lover. She is based in our Hong Kong office, working with clients across Asia.

Ashlee started her people advisory career with Mercer, managing a desk for their Private Equity Advisory Practice. After spending a several stints abroad with boutique executive search firms in the Technology and Consumer space in Hong Kong, Dubai and Netherland, where she earned solid international people search and consulting expertise.

Ashlee Wakefield is our Managing Partner leading Talentine's North America business and leading our Global Technology Practice where her talent advisory experience spans EMEA, APAC and North America. Largely focused on supporting Private Equity and Venture Capital backed Emerging Technology portfolio companies going through rapid growth, turnaround, as well as pre/post-merger and acquisition human capital planning and team formation. Ashlee's core industry focus has spanned across Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Nanotechnology, 3D Printing, Cyber Security, Biotechnology, Digital and Media Services

Ashlee is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, having earned a Master's degree with a major in Data Science and Information Technology. She is a certified executive coach and a motivational leader. She is based at our San Francisco office, working with clients globally.

Janet is passionae about individual and collective transformation, and well acknowledged in assisting senior leaders to accelerate their integration and works with CEOs behind their transition. She leverages a cross-border, cross-cultural orientation to support global clients on the most complex of senior level searches, talent assessment and leadership development projects. Prior to her executive search and leadership advisory career, she served as a Consultant at Bain & Company and Ernst & Young, where she advised clients on Asia-entry strategy, post-merger integration, and organizational design.

Janet is our Managing Partner for Talentine's office in Australia. She has worked on a broad range of executive mandates at the Vice President, Managing Director and C-Suite level. Janet has extensive search and leadership advisory experience from various business sectors in Australia, Shanghai and London. Her focus areas are Consumer Products and Services, Technology, and Private Equity.

Janet earned an MSc Psychology from University College London and an MBA from INSEAD. She enjoys travel with her husband and two twin children, is an avid hiker and scuba diver. She believes in making collective positive impacts to co-create a better world.

Prior to joining Talentine, John held executive advisory roles with Odgers Berndtson and Aon leading financial practice. His early career was with Rothschild & Co and Blackstone, where he advised management teams on broader trading themes in the public market, strategic investor relations initiatives, and capital market activities.

John Yusuf is our Partner leading Private Equity and Investment practice. John comes with wealth of experiences working with private equity, global asset management, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and financial institutions. His expertise ranges across the spectrum from smaller private companies to larger publicly traded companies. John brings a unique global perspective, talent advisory and team build-out experience across investment firms in APAC and North America, particularly across private equity, private credit, and real assets. He has advised numerous investment management firms on human capital growth strategy and team structures as they launch new strategies or expand their geographical footprint into EMEA and APAC markets.

John holds a BA in Finance from New York University, where he captained the soccer team. He is based in New York.

With Clara's combined expertise in executive search, succession planning and organizational development in the healthcare and life science sector, she earned strong reputations in supporting clients with organizational development and cultural transformations. She has extensive experience recruiting senior executives and advising clients on leadership, including acquiring, assessing, and developing leaders to meet the strategic goals of the business.

Clara Hungall is a Partner specializing in Consumer, Life Science and Healthcare Practice based out of our Sydney office. She partners with biotechnology, healthcare, and life science companies, as well as venture-capital and private-equity-backed startups to identify key executives and deliver sophisticated talent and leadership assessments. Clara joined Talentine Global after a successful career in the executive consulting industry and a corporate role in human resources and organizational development at a multinational life science company where she served as Head of Talent for Australasia.

Clara graduated from University College London in Psychology and is an ICF certified executive coach. Outside of work, she is an avid yoga practitioner and art lover.

Prior to joining Talentine, Kingson worked across multiple practices and lines of business in the professional services field. Prior to his transition into the search industry, Kingson worked at a multinational talent management and strategy consulting firm focused on highly targeted leadership development projects for senior executives and Boards of Directors.

Kingson Tan is our Partner in the Corporate and Professional Services Practices. Kingson has successfully placed executives across a variety of industries for Fortune 500, PE-backed companies, and non-profit organizations.

Kingson holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with dual concentrations in Social and Organizational Change, and Cultural Diversity Studies from University of London, where he served as President of the sociological honor society and received multiple Presidential awards for both academic and research excellence. Kingson is based in Singapore and London.

Prior to joining Talentine Global, Inti earned solid experiences from a multinational executive search firm across China and Southeast Asia, and human resources expertise from one of the largest conglomerates in Southeast Asia leading their regional talent projects. With her deep understanding of people and positions and her broad experience across strategy, and operational roles, Inti's leadership, consulting skills and extensive relationships are a valuable asset to companies looking to strengthen their leadership teams.

Inti Jia is our Partner leading our Consumer Practice based in the Bangkok office and is our Global Research Leader. A seasoned veteran with C-level and other senior executive leadership roles where she brings a wealth of direct industry talent insights across the Consumer, E-Commerce and Industrial sectors. Her knowledge of organizational dynamics spans startups to the Fortune 500 and helps companies successfully make complex and impactful human capital decisions.

Inti graduated from Columbia University majored in Economics, and earned her MBA from INSEAD.

With his deep background in human capital planning and executive search, Frank offers deep-rooted talent insights and advisory solutions to our clients. After having worked across continents and lived in many locations in Asia as well as UK, Frank's instinct is to look at business and talents needs from a global perspective with Asian cultural root.

Frank Jenkins is our Partner leading our Real Estate Investment practice. He has 10+ years of extensive industry experience in people transformation and culture change with highly matrixed international real estate fund and family conglomerate. Frank pursued his career in the talent consulting and executive search, delivering roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management with top-tier US and European real estate private equity, institutional funds, family offices and developers.

Frank graduated with BA in Philosophy from Kings College, London and MA in Social Science and Humanities from Tsinghua University. He is based in Singapore and London.
